Pisciotti Malsch is a boutique law firm with offices in New York and New Jersey.  Pisciotti Malsch specializes in litigation defense, focusing on product liability cases, commercial matters, and appeals.  In addition to our practice in the Northeast, the firm has a national product liability and firearms defense practice.  Our attorneys have appeared in the federal and state courts of over thirty states and territories throughout the country.  Accordingly, we are constantly confronting novel legal issues.

We started this blog as way to provide updates to our clients and to the public in general.  Our intention is to provide useful and interesting posts regarding current legal issues.  Some posts will be quick snippets while others may be better categorized as long-form.
